Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which an order cancellation may be requested.

❌ Cancellation Timeframe

✔ Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement
âś” Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible

📦 After Order Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

• Cancellation is not available
• Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to the Return Policy

To request cancellation, customers must provide:

âś” Order ID
âś” Registered email address
âś” Optional reason for cancellation

The request will be reviewed based on order status.

âś” Cancellation is only possible before shipment
âś” Some customized or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation
âś” Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method
